Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) with two convenient options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: $12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every pair from our Basic Collection, heels, sandals, Tabi sandals, or Tabi shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Refund or exchange preference
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and instructions.
  3. Package Items: Return items in original condition with all tags and packaging.

    Use a trackable method and keep your shipping receipt.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • May take 2-3 additional business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)

Exchange Process

  • Follow the same return process
  • Clearly specify your replacement item in your email
  • We cover shipping costs for exchanges
  • Standard shipping times apply for replacement items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear (showing signs of wear on soles or interior)
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Custom-made or special order items
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Declaring the package as “Returned Goods” with minimal value
