If for any reason you’re not delighted with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn footwear or items without their original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Colorado facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-3 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email which item(s) you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  4. Standard shipping times apply for exchange shipments

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear (showing signs of wear on soles or interior)
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Custom-made or special order items
  • Items marked as “final sale” in product descriptions

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and declaring the package as a “Returned Good” with minimal value to avoid additional customs charges.
