We offer two premium shipping services:

- Free Shipping: For orders $50+, delivered in 15-25 business days via EMS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide from our Colorado headquarters, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability. All international shipments include customs documentation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For EMS shipments, use the provided tracking number on your local postal service’s website.
What should I do when my package arrives?

- Trying them on clean, carpeted surfaces
- Reviewing our return policy if needed (15-day window)
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all packaging. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return and receive instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original items following our return process. We’re working to implement direct exchanges in the future!
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method (typically 3-10 additional business days).
