Our Tabi collection blends traditional Japanese design with contemporary style. The distinctive split-toe design offers both aesthetic appeal and functional benefits, providing natural movement and comfort. We’ve modernized this classic silhouette for today’s fashion-forward customer.

We recommend referring to our detailed sizing chart (available on each product page) and measuring your feet in the evening when they’re at their largest. For Tabi footwear, pay special attention to toe comfort. If you’re between sizes or have specific fit concerns, our customer care team can provide personalized recommendations.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.

Currently, we offer guest checkout for faster ordering. However, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. We’re developing account features for future updates!

We offer two premium shipping services:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx with tracking
• Free Shipping: For orders $50+, delivered in 15-25 business days via EMS

All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipping.

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide from our Colorado headquarters, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability. All international shipments include customs documentation.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For EMS shipments, use the provided tracking number on your local postal service’s website.

We recommend:

1. Inspecting your shoes immediately upon delivery
2. Trying them on clean, carpeted surfaces
3. Reviewing our return policy if needed (15-day window)

Our packages are carefully wrapped to protect your footwear investment during transit.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all packaging. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return and receive instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original items following our return process. We’re working to implement direct exchanges in the future!

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method (typically 3-10 additional business days).
